Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the newpluck platform. This is a legal agreement between you and us.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between newpluck ("we", "us", "platform") and you ("user", "player") — anyone who uses the newpluck website and services. By accessing the platform or opening an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all services on the newpluck platform — including casino games, slot machines, fishing games, cricket betting, and all other gaming services.

newpluck is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. By using the platform, you confirm that it is your own responsibility to comply with any legal obligations related to online gaming in your area. newpluck will not be liable for any breach of law.

1.3 Language and Communication

newpluck provides 24/7 customer support in Bengali. These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered legally authoritative.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Specific eligibility criteria must be met in order to register and participate on the newpluck platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must provide your true date of birth at the time of registration.
  • newpluck may request a valid ID at any time to verify your age.
  • Use of an adult's account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 General Eligibility Requirements

  • You are an independent individual and are capable of making your own decisions.
  • You are not an employee, director, or close family member of a newpluck employee or director.
  • Your account has not previously been suspended or terminated by newpluck.
  • You agree to provide true and accurate information.

Warning: Providing false information regarding age or identity will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

An active account is required to use services on newpluck. The rules for account registration are described in detail below.

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

  • Full name (as per national ID)
  • Correct date of birth
  • Active mobile number
  • Preferred username
  • Strong password

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Follow the guidelines below for security:

  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • Notify us if you notice any suspicious activity.
  • Always log out after use.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

newpluck supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed securely using encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
  • You must be logged in to your account before making a deposit.
  • Keep a record of your deposit details — you may need them later.
  • Only use a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will always be sent via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

A copy of a national ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification. Any delay in verification may also delay the withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

newpluck offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be understood before use.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives you a ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.

To use this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means you can only withdraw after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer must be used within its specified time limit.
  • An account cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
  • newpluck reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

newpluck runs a five-tier VIP program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Players can move up to higher tiers based on regular play. Cashback rates range from 0.2% to 1.2% depending on the tier.

6. Gaming Rules

All players must follow the rules below while playing on the newpluck platform. These rules help ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results. If you have a complaint about any game result, please contact our support team.

6.2 Technical Issues

newpluck will not be liable if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded or settled according to the game record.

6.3 Game-Specific Rules

Each game has its own rules which can be viewed when the game is launched. In addition to the general terms, game-specific rules must also be followed. The terms and conditions of game providers may also apply. newpluck may add or remove any game at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and equal opportunity for all players.

Involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

7.1 Cheating and Fraud

  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Using a false identity or false information.
  • Accessing another person's account without permission.
  • Using stolen payment information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

7.2 Technical Abuse

  • Using bots, automated software, or scripts.
  • Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software.
  • Attempting to artificially influence game results.
  • Intentionally exploiting system bugs or errors for personal gain.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is our top priority. newpluck uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

9.2 Financial Losses

Gaming is a risky activity. You are playing of your own free will and at your own risk. newpluck is not responsible for money lost in games. If a loss occurs due to a technical error or system failure, newpluck will provide the best possible support, but a complete guarantee of compensation cannot be given.

Important: newpluck's decision on any disputed matter will be considered final; however, we always make decisions with fairness and transparency.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

newpluck reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under certain circumstances.

10.1 Suspension by newpluck

We may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Providing false information
  • Age limit violation
  • Legal obligations

10.2 Self-Closure

You may close your account at any time. Contact our live chat to close your account. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Closing an account under the self-exclusion program is also possible.

11. Responsible Gaming
